David Feldman, Managing DirectorDavid has nearly two decades of broad technical, operating, business development and consulting experience. Prior to founding Feldman Advisors, LLC, David had a successful tenure as a turnaround executive at a venture-backed health care software company, Patientkeeper, in the role of VP, Engineering. David spent a number of years as EVP of Business Development and Strategy for Viewpoint Corporation. He oversaw products from conception in the lab to ultimate adoption by strategic partners. Early in his career he was a co-founder of Specular International, makers of a 3D modeling, rendering and animation software system, where he served as Director of Research and Development, Chief Strategist and acting CFO, in which capacity he successfully negotiated the sale of the company. David began his career as a software engineer for the System Software Group at Apple Computer. David received an AB in computer science from Dartmouth College and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. |

Lynn F. Segal, DirectorLynn has over 20 years of consulting experience, with a focus on strategy, marketing and process design. Before joining Feldman Advisors, she was Senior Vice President at Digitas, the leading interactive marketing firm recently purchased by Publicis, where she worked in both Marketing and Strategy & Analysis heading the Boston Financial Services Practice and co-leading the Loyalty Practice. Previously she spent 5 years with McKinsey & Company and 10 years with The Boston Consulting Group. She also held corporate roles as Chief Marketing Officer for Bankers Trust Private Bank, a bank officer with Chase Manhattan Bank and the Chief Strategy Officer for Shearson Lehman. Lynn serves on the Advisory Board of Emptoris, a provider of business-to-business software for optimizing sourcing, and on the Board of Directors of SimulConsult, a medical diagnostic software firm focused on rare diseases. In addition, she has held a variety of leadership roles in the community. She has been published in Harvard Business Review, The Economist Books series, and various trade journals. Lynn received an AB in economics magna cum laude and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University. |

Jules M. Fried, DirectorJules has 35 years of diverse business, consulting and legal experience. He was a founder and a senior executive at a venture-backed, two-time Inc. 500 start-up in digital printing where he led product management and planning, new product development, marketing and sales. His consulting experience includes providing strategy, product and marketing advice to Fortune 500 companies. Jules is on the Board of Advisors of Searchlight, Inc., a software and services provider for the legal services industry. Jules began his career as a trial attorney in the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division where he was instrumental in bringing the case against AT&T that restructured the nation’s telecommunications industry and unleashed the competitive forces at work today. Jules received an AB in history from Princeton University and JD cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School. |
